Sandy is a highly experienced leader, communicator and former National Director of Autism South Africa, now leading a specialist team in London. Her deep expertise in communication, governance, systems thinking, team leadership and neurodiversity informed practice ensures Topaz Creations operates with precision, inclusivity and exceptional organisational oversight.

Chris brings extensive hands-on experience from running renovation and loft conversion companies, coordinating planning, building control and contractor teams across multiple London Boroughs and the Home Counties. 

A strategic thinker with background in operations, project management and leadership roles across both public and private sectors, Chris ensures clarity, momentum and delivery throughout every stage of development.
